This level of training provides the foundation for building a healthy work community. We cover topics such as the healthy work community mindset, community agreements, self care, and creating healthy bonds among community members.
The Mindset
A healthy work community mindset can shift the overall experience of the workplace. One of the biggest sources of stress we experience in our lives is work related stress. When our stress levels are high our resilience suffers and we become emotionally and psychologically vulnerable. It is very possible that with a few behavior strategies we can substantially reduce our stress levels at work. What is the best possible community we can achieve at work and what are we willing to do to create it? A healthy work community is possible if we can accomplish an individually balanced state and a way of interacting with each other that emphasizes respect, trust, and patience.
The Agreements
Agreements for creating a healthy work community and promoting trust among the work community members are critical. We can assist your organization with identifying and incorporating your community work agreements so that your workplace functions well.
Self Care and Accountability
While individual and community agreements set the parameters for creating a healthy work experience, Accountability is the glue the allows us to maintain a healthy work community. This session will offer a discussion on holding ourselves and each other accountable for self care, the agreements, as well as the community’s work tasks. Participants are challenged to view accountability as a positive and necessary tool for maintaining a healthy work community for everyone.

When these challenges arise it is important to implement resolution strategies that respect individuals, the work community as well as the work related tasks. This session will offer guidelines and skills to prevent conflicts. The participants will also receive strategies to help team members address conflicts when they arise.
